    Metal bin will be spawning in front of buildings, same like vanilla bin. With Garbage Bin Controller by
    @TPB
    you can control many things!Still you have option place the bin manually.

@Rooster and what about people dont put their trash into the bin, it just appears? I am sure CO made this way just to save perfomance, thats why bins arent static like mail box for example. Anyway yes, I would appreciate more bin in front of/behind every building!

@pdelmo Yes, thanks to Ronyx help this actually spawns in front of buildings, I recommend mod by TPB what completely disables vanilla bin.
@Armesto I am sure even that wouldnt help, people learn best with mistakes

I recommend you to add "Ability to read" as dependency. Easier life.
