描述
A little mod I made. Used Paradox's special forum "avatar" from Distant Stars DLC you get for prepurchasing. Made it from static to animated, resized, fitted, kawaii-nized.
It is fully prepared to purge or be purged.

Adds: 1 animated portrait - simple!

Originally wanted to put this guy in my https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1353289123 "Xeno Biodiversity mod", but since it's not my assets I worked with, I decided to put it out as separate mod.

Hi! Are you ok if I include your mod in a large portrait patch (still requiring users of the patch to subscribe to your mod) but modifying some files to include the portraits in the default Paradox categories?
