When I first saw the Lipstick Palm I said to myself, "I have to make this tree!!" And so here it is as a 3 piece set including a cluster (which is normally how it grows), a single tree and a sprout.

Lipstick palm is a tropical plant native to Malaysia, Borneo, Southern Thailand and Sumatra. It is a clustering tree in demand for ornamental uses in gardens in tropical regions all over the world.
This tree is also known as "Red Palm" and "Red Sealing Wax Palm". More info in the wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrtostachys_renda

Use this tree to bring color and beauty to your tropical gardens and decorative situations. This tree is made as part of the collection to the upcoming Victorian Palm House.

@Punk7 I'm having the same issue with these and other assets not showing up in the editor and I know they should work because I used them a long time ago in the asset editor.

Yes I can. I used some of your palms for some assets a while ago. The palms do appear when I load those assets, I can also load them from 'load asset' option in asset editor. They also work ingame, with the landscaping tools.
I just can't find them in the trees menu in the asset editor, so I can't place new ones.

Punk7- They should. I didn't block them and people are using many of my trees with new assets. Can you see other workshop assets in the editor?
