Citizens will NOT use these chairs if you place them directly in game with the help of the More Beautification mod. They will not be seen as seating areas but just as plain props with no options. If you want to make them work in game you have to go to the asset editor first and place them in an asset. I.e. you can make a 1x1 park with this set in it and then place that in your game.
