Descripción

With the growing need of a lunar-capable fighter, engineers at White Dwarf came up with the Wolfhound Space Superiority Fighter, a nimble and deadly cross between the previous Manticore Assault Fighter and the Bantam Interceptor. Armed with two gatling turrets, four gatling guns, and dual sequenced rocket pods, the Wolfhound can do some serious damage, whether the mission is supporting lunar ground troops, taking out enemy fighters, or flying bombing runs against enemy warships. Being that the Wolfhound needed to be able to perform lunar flight, White Dwarf engineers decided to equip the Wolfhound with hydrogen thrusters, the first time hydrogen propulsion has been utilized on any strike craft produced by White Dwarf. Burn tests show that the Wolfhound should theoretically be able to maintain its altitude in the gravity of a planet with similar mass to that of Terra if the planet lacks an atmosphere. Greater amounts of thrusters were added in the Wolfhound's other directions as well to help it fulfill its superiority fighter role. All features that can be found on the Bantam can also be found on the Wolfhound, along with some software upgrades and a jumpstarter reactor. Recently updated with advanced software and high-performance flight systems, the Wolfhound is now deadlier than ever!

Yeah the Orion is quite large for a cruiser already...

@Lt.Starbound Sounds like a good plan. Just work your way up to larger ships ;)

My carrier is quite large as is, it's only 55 meters shorter that the Orion Heavy Cruiser.

I'd need an even bigger carrier that what I have now. The hangars aren't tall enough for the space superiority fighter, but it the hangar was one block taller... I might make that carrier after I build a cruiser once I'm done with my current carrier.

No, not specifically, but I might be able to find a way to fit it onto the bottom.

Nice! Very unique design. Is this one made for you carrier later on?
