@Necroconvict no one should be using this obsolete page.

It was created by a former curator of CEP 2, who is no longer available. Unfortunately Steam are unable to reassign ownership, so we have no way of fixing it. Also, it needs to be here, for the benefit of players who have still not changed their subscription to the new version.

The message you're getting from the link is Steam being paranoid about http:// addresses. If you need to use it, copy the link first, then change http:// to https://

So when I click on the link above...
