Found in Electricty building. Produce a lot power.

Note : you'll notice there's a rope missing. I just forgot to attach it to the model. Let's consider that's usual for a very old building (XVI) :-)))

I Love to use such Old Buildings in my city BUT U Forgot to mention how much Noise they may
