You should get this automatically from joining a game hosting it as the dataset.

This adds extra features, it's recommended but not necessary to play the game.

What's added so far:

Gate cost increased to 250 stone

If you want to host it, just select it as the "dataset" when you click "create" from the multiplayer menu. It's in the same place as where you select either "original game" or "expansions"
