THE BASEMENT ENHANCEMENT AND DLC ADD-ON ARE NOW AVAILABLE HERE ON STEAM

This is the 3-house, final version of my "Additions to Lakeview"Here all three buildable homes are enhanced with custom displays for all your loot. Choose what and where you will build; you certainly don't need to build every type of storage in every home.. This mod also allows you to customize the main ground floor bedroom for up to six adopted children. An adoption mod, such as Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions, is necessary to actually adopt the children. This mod simply provides the beds and chests (and toys) to make the children feel at home.

Necessary mods: Hearthfires, SKSE
Recommended: SkyUI
HearthfiresMultipleAdoptions or a similar mod, is highly recommended, but does not impact function.
Cleaned with TESEdit

If you have been using "Additions to Lakeview", and would like to use this mod instead, you must collect all your loot (put it in one of the vanilla chests), save, unsub 'Lakeview', save, sub this mod and procede to build in the additions. The state of your vanilla house shouldn't matter. (I performed one limited test of this)

At present , the 'Lakeview' DLC mod will conflict, but I will reconfigure it to work with the new one very shortly.

Anyone know how to stop all the stuff this and the dlc expansion version from despawning everytime you reload a save or reload the house? Lose all my stuff placed on em too.

Hi niKO,

No it shouldn't matter. But you're using the interior (new and modded) workbenches, right? If you are, could you please check that SKSE is up to date and correctly installed. Thanks for trying the mod:D

@elizabethjacksonhall i unsub lakeview additions, subed this mod but still, in my Heljarchen house i cannot build anything because the workbench doenst give me any new building options? when i downloaded this mod my house was almost finished. But like you said, it shouldnt matter right?

Hi Officer HotPants, I did for the base mod! I just never got around to the basement of the DLC. Once I'm finished my magnum opus...ha..ha..I hope that will be Christmas

Hello Everyone, I've been away from Steam for a while working on my Thieves Guild expansion Thanks for helping each other out in the meantime.
It's been so long since I built this mod, I barely remember what I did LOL.
