Bunch of fixes and improvements

Some things that I have fixed/improved focused on gameplay:

-Fixed weight for all cars (based on real life cars)
-Fixed some cars missing shadows
-Fixed wings missing shadows
-Fixed engines missing shadows
-Fixed seats and steering wheels showing in catalog for all cars
-Improved weight distribuction for all cars
-Improved external camera for all cars
-Improved internal camera for all cars
-Improved driver position for all cars
-Improved tachometer and speedometer for all cars (still not perfect)
-Improved handling for all cars
-Improved steering help for all cars
-Improved bots handling
-Added R to reset your car on tracks (case your car flip or get stuck)
-Added a save game button on garage
-Added player name with the current club color

Remember that most of these fixes (weight, weight distribuction, handling etc etc) are made for the VANILLA CARS ONLY.
