"The One Stop Shop For All Your Travel Needs"

TravelCenters of America is a chain of 240 travel stops with locations across American and (some) Canadian highways.

This was based of the TravelCenters of America in Florence, SC. [www.google.ca]

This is a pack, it includes;
- The Store
- Car Gas Pumps
- Truck Gas Pumps
- Three Signs; A tall ( high-rise), short (roadside), and a tall Blue Beacon Truck Wash sign

Parking lots and other landscaping is not included. RICO mod settings are also included for the store only.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

Where is the tall Blue Beacon sign located at? I looked in the electricity area but no luck.

Or even how to get those Signs by the highway that tell you what restaurants are on the nearest exit. Sorry for asking so many questions, I just am fascinated at how much detail some players actually put.

By the way, any chance you could direct me to a mod that allows you to fully customize your Parking Lots - Arrows pointing to exit, stop sign, Do not enter, or Drive Thru props for Food Places?
