It's definitely a different coat of arms that I've simply employed for Dithmarschen. It's been years since I've worked on this mod, and I do not remember which one precisely, nor can I even be sure that the original image still exists on Wappenwiki. In my brief search, I did comes across this coat of arms which is similar, though: https://wappenwiki.org/index.php/File:Fouskarnaki.svg
Serbia uses the coat of arms of the House of Lazarević, [commons.wikimedia.org] which ruled Moravian Serbia and later the Serbian Despotate from 1371 to 1427. The House of Branković inherited the despotate in 1427 and was in power in 1444, so it would make sense to use the variant arms they employed [commons.wikimedia.org] as sovereign of Serbia. However, WappenWiki does not have these variant arms.
