Nice Buildung, but could be.. I dunno how to explain in english: brighter in the dark. Just a few windows having lights in the night.

This building looks better than the screenshots. It looks sleek at night and the distinctive orange bands give it a warm look and help it stand out during the day. The unusual 45-degree offset helps deflect winds.

The icon showed up fine in my UI--I didn't get an already-built icon. I do have the "Not So Unique Buildings" mod installed, so maybe that has something to do with it.
