each sign:

The big sign is 25m (in-game) wide. The small sign is 11m wide.

that was just an LOD fix for a broken asset by bennymedia, this will be a new 1:1 scale model with almost everything reworked (geometry, textures, lighting, sub-buildings, props, LOD, etc)

didn't you already make this building this year? though this looks more to scale and more detailed
