Epic Healthbar is a new widget which provides information about the current boss:

Displays combat phases, elemental damage and damage resistance
Each boss has their own color theme

Some mod probably caused desync in netvars - try disabling server mods to find the culprit.

@Tykvesh turns out Configs Extended was *hiding* the other config options for me. So that stinks.

I suppose you enabled Mob Health, but forgot to set Display Health For to "All"?

Hey, so, having a similar issue as Mee, where (even after resetting the config) when I set it to show the health of every mob, it will only show the health of bosses, but not regular enemies.
