Submod that remove the cap and the golden chevrons: HERE

Hi guys, since it was asked in the workshop discussions, i have made this simple mod. What it does? It allows the RoR to gain experience instead of locking them to rank 9.

Note: no 30th anniversary RoR is still present in the game, i will update once they will be out. Also, in the recruitment pool and in custom battle the golden chevrons are still there, changing them will turn the unit card from purple to normal, so i decided not to do it.

I will update the description with the units affected as soon as i have time.

- Compatible with everything that doesn't change the entries of the RoR in "main_unit_tables". Major overhaul will likely need a compatibility patch, but i don't use any of them, so feel free to do it.
