This Version here has a complete rework of all Personalities by itself, no need for the hard ones.
Load the No Confederations before this Mod here and it should probably work.
I have really bad experiences with AI confederations where some factions confederate so much they got 20 settlements by turn 16, so i would rather completely prevent confederations...
Is there a chance you could please merge these two so that we can have both Hard AI Personalities as well as the Better Diplomacy?
