Keycard model is a property of Yan Malinovskiy and Spok, you are not able to export it and use as your own.

If I had to make a guess its supposed to be how the scanner or whatever it is that's used to keep the Combine locks, well locked, it pretty much contains the information of the user of that card and wither or not said user is allowed through that lock.
