Wear Armour on the Avenger (for WotC)

Did you guys ever found out how to disable helmets on avenger?

@vulgar_monkey fully agree. I've been trying to find a mod that forces soldiers NOT to wear armor on the Avenger, as that's an issue with many helmet mod packs. I can confirm this is not specific to only faction soldiers.

I like this mod, but a different issue is the armor on the Avenger looks odd on some classes (notably Skirmisher and Templar as they don't simultaneously have their Ripjack and Gauntlet equipped at the same time and it causes those sections of their body to be missing or armor-less).

I use a different similar mod to this (AllArmorAvenger) that allows them to have armor equipped on the Avenger but also adds a left/right arm texture you can use so the Templar looks normal. And for the Skirmisher I use a forearm texture from another mod. Everyone at least looks uniform this way

Not sure what happened but it only works for the helmets now.

@ vulgar_monkey i'd like to know a mod that does that too, half my squaddies are drinking beer with their balaclavas on.

I'm wondering - is there any way to force the game to have soldiers NOT wear armour on the avenger? Specifically I am thinking of the head/face decos from certain modpacks that sometimes show up, so you often see troops wandering around in their off-duty jumpsuits and a big ghillie hood for no reason (for example).

I know that is the exact opposite of this mod but thought there might be related code.

edit: Hmm, although now I think of it, the last instance of this I noticed was affecting a Reaper, so might be a case of the faction-specific issue I have seen mentioned elsewhere.

THANK GOD FOR THIS MOD! I have a few Halo Sangheili and a few Mass Effect Aliens who keep defaulting to the "PJs" and it breaks immersion to see there heads just float.

Request: % chance to wear armor. Didn't realize how much I'd miss the pjs

Is there a way to make this keep their armour on the Avenger, except for the helmet?
