Conceptual Notes
- Color variations were removed as the template blimp asset is fixed to pink.
- Vehicle speed was supposed to be different based on their size and capacity. However, the speed remains the same despite the value chance.

@Quad Rioters when crossing navigable channels blimps also act like they're on a level crossing >:( they use a totally wrong abstractions and that kind of irks me.
