Grenade Colt - Weapon Resource

This is a weapon resource. Video shows 3 weapons concepts but you only get the first weapon. It is a bit outdated, now the weapon reloads after 2 shots and you cannot perform mini rocketjumps. Also you get a fancy new texture, weapon icon and sound effect!

The weapon deals up to 35 dmg with one shot. Because of explosion you can hurt multiple enemies with it.


To use this weapon you need to have this mod http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=889896163 made by NSKuber.

The name of the weapon is "GrenadeColt". You can enter this line in the console to have this weapon every time you have normal Colt (IT WON'T REPLACE IT): globals.AttachWeapon("Colt","GrenadeColt")


I just swapped the hitscan bullets with grenades of beheaded soldier. And they work surprising well. I changed the direct damage to 15 (from 10) and explosion damage to 20 (from 15) so it is better against frogs. You get more dmg and splash dmg at the risk of hurting yourself. Also the weapon has very limited range. But if you take the time to learn the weapon you will be able to flinch enemies multiple times. BTW you can kill a Kleer with 4 accurate shots.

I wanted to bring back the grenades from Serious Sam 2 in the form of low tier separate weapon (in SS2 you could throw them at any time with right click). I can't do animations nor modeling so this is the best I got!
