A Scorpion Security Vest created for Scorpion Security Personnel that protect the facilities from the outside world.

Its stronger than the police vest but slightly weaker than the Spec Ops Vest so the rank is Epic for those who might want something other than the Spec Ops gear.
Its just the vest because i kind of liked the default biohazard gear and black cap look!
Its good for roleplay's in my opinion.

Hope he uses the mod, because Military vests on Scorpion-7 personnel doesn't make sense to me. :/
