I did this for both OneMillionColours and the Plugin for Wotc, to save time, the folders you need to find is:
1091135816 and 1133948141
Doing this for most of the troublemakers seems to fix them.
This occurs in fresh runs and loaded saves.
I've also tried using Project DollHouse for colour customisation, which comes with its own issues breaking the textures of some mods that I'm using (Armours of the Imperium).
