Conceptual Notes
- The asset is based on Dynamic Tower in Dubai, UAE.
- The asset remains static. I may consider making a rotating variant of this in the future.

Ever think of making MahaNakhon? There's one on the workshop but the LOD is poor, and personally I think you can do a better job at making it ;)
