Bigger Planet View

Makes the planet view bigger, and increases the slots for buildings (on planets, habitats and ring worlds) and corporate buildings.
Increases the lists where fits (jobs, building queues and races), but also adds support for more visible districts.
Designed for 1920×1080, and works for higher resolutions.

Only "interface\planet_view.gui" was harmed making this mod, so any mod which touches that file, will be incompatible.
Compatible with UI Overhaul Dynamic and UI Overhaul 1080p Plus.
