how long does it take for a newly made collection to be approved

not long, as long as you don't put any third party links in your description

its been like months now and its still not approved, i made a couple more collection just in case

It's pretty strange, as last time I created a collection, it only took less than 2 minutes to get approved. I didn't put any links on the description though, as it only contained a very short description.

Anyway, you can try to delete that collection & then make the same one again. If it takes too long like that, it's better to make a new one with the same list of mods instead.
