How to know which mod/workshop item has been remove or privated?

As the title state how can I know which mods/workshop items has been removed/deleted or been privated?

that's never been an issue for me
in fact none of the workshop items I've ever downloaded (and I have a lot) have ever had any issues except "Missing part: <insert part UUID here>" and a few other occasional issue when building the blueprints on the lift.

somehow it is happening to me, and I just re-downloaded the game along with all the mods I've subs with
