How to increase speed max more than 1000km/s?

Question not about environment.sbc limits,
but about game engine : now speed limit = 999,935.9 m/s
Trying to gain more -> speed immediately changes to 1 m/s.

I remember in the early builds of 2013-2015 it was possible to gain at least с ( 299,792 km/s).

Anyone know how to increase 1000 km/s limit?
