Maybe I totally missed it, But I have been looking for a mod that act similar to "Enter the Gungeon"s boss mechanic of giving you a health item (master round) along with the other item, or just straight up giving you an extra heart for not taking damage during the boss fight.
It would need to be Rep+ compatible too.

I don't want ANYTHING ELSE included if it can be helped, I did see the Enter the Gungeon mod with this mechanic, I do not want a ton of things added and replaced.
