I was just playing moded isaac with a couple mods active and found the item "FAKE GOD" in the Angel room with the item description saying "show me a sign" i was confused. upon pickup it dropped faded poloroid but it didnt state it would do that so i think it might drop a random trinket. its quality 2 and didnt seem to have any effect. does anyone know what this is from and what it does ?
