I came across a seller on Etsy who sells Cs2 stickers as real stickers. I also recently saw a promotion from DBrand where they clearly copied the Case Hardend design and labeled it the same way.

Can you sell something like this commercially?
Who holds the rights to the stickers and skin designs?
And if you're not allowed to, why do even large companies sell it?
