Transgender Mod?
is there any chance that someones working on or could start making a mod for trans and non binary people?

There are a lot of mods that run by keyword, and the lot, you should look at Improved Quality of Life, as Multi stated, then there are some face mods, hair mods, body replacers, and full blown body parts that can be used as accessories with the corresponding accessories mod as well..

I cannot say specifically there is a Transgender mod, or if there will ever be one, you'll likely have to commission one, or perhaps hold your hopes out that someone might in future. In the mean time use what's there, for now. :)
