you go into the level editor then into the workshop, i had trouble finding it aswell

I dont really know what you mean by that, but you have to first download the maps off of the workshop by subscribing

i mean i had been subscribed the map.. but i don't know how to open it in gunpoint..T_T(how can i play that map?)

like i said b4 you go to the level editor (through the menu) then you simply choose workshop subscribtions
