Unable to install SE Block Tools

Newbie question:
I can't activate the "SE Block Tools" add-on for Blender.
I always get this error message:
Traceback (most recent call):
File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.91\2.91\scripts\modules\addon_utils.py", line 351, in enable
mod = import(module_name)
....
I want to create an .mwm files for my mod but I can't activate the add-on!

Hi, I don't Mod at all so I will not be a good help but you should join the ME community on Keen Discord to have access to the ME Modding channel where experienced ME Modders are helping every days.

Have you tried the Official Modding Guide and look at the Pin on the Modding channel on Keen Discord?

I got my answer and finally the guide is rather obsolete, I was using the wrong add-on. Here is the link for those interested: https://adamb70.github.io/me-blender/
