Some mods not appearing in launcher
Consistently the same few mods (Carlist wars mods and field command: sengoku) have failed to appear in the games launcher, redownloading the mods, redownloading the game and verifying its files does nothing to solve the issue.
Edit: fixed it, I had to open up mod files from the support section of the launcher, and then move the other mod files from the steam folder to the Shogun 2 mod folder.
