I know there are unit restrictions/limitations linked to places (example: kyoto police only recruited in kyoto in fots), but i wonder if i can do the same with buildings as well. Seems like theres no restriction implemented (or i didnt see it yet) that can help me.

Rn i am creating a unique building mod that has to be built in edo (tokyo) to counter the uniqueness of kyoto giving them that unique building, but im only able to add a lvl 5 building that can be built anywhere.

Any ideas?
