How to modify the conditions of PlanetaryAssault or shorten the time

I think in \Starpoint Gemini Warlords\Data\Scripts\Conquest\PlanetaryAssault, it is the script that controls his three attack stages, but modifying the charging time in Stage 2 did not change the actual duration. I also modified the files in the DLC, but it had no effect

Data\Scripts\Conquest\PlanetaryAssault\Stage2\StartStage2.sal
is the correct file to edit to change to charge time, I tested it it works (temporarily changed to 50s).
This particular file does not and should not exist in the DLCs.
