So, yeah, I play true iron man and want to run Fox + Buns starting team, because I really like their banter and general vibe. I understand and accept the morale debuff Buns get for disliking Fox - it's a persistent condition that is predictable and could be worked around, but the random payment increase demands Buns make totally screw me up. She may stay quiet for a week or two, but then keep demanding more money every week, which quickly derails my iron man runs. It is very unpredictable and too random for my liking.

So I'd really appreciate if someone could make a mod that removes merc dislike payment increase completely or makes it more predictable, such as to make it happen only once or demand noticeably less money.

Now, some people would say just deal with it or don't run Fox and Buns together, but that is something I really wish to do specifically, and would appreciate anyone helping me out
