Wondering what coding language blood and bacon runs on

Yeah, so i was thinking about doing a project where i could like, make a versatile modding tool for this game. Saw the crosshair mods and thought they were pretty cool!

This has come up before.

Well theres no API for Blood and Bacon. But it reallly needs a sdk 3d modeler with hooks to an API. Doesn't matter the language really.

But modding for the game is not allowed, only approved workshop items.
