Then, do Ctrl-S in-game and you will be able to view items from all mods or one specific mod. You can spawn them if you need to read what they do.
The problem with listing items and what they do is some mods have so many of them, my own mod "Backpack Hero Plus" will soon have over 60, I can't realistically make a list of all the items in the mod page.
Oh, and then there is Farland Dwellings which has just an absurd amount of them, that's particularly unreasonable to expect them to make a list in the workshop of all 300+ items, or screenshot every single one of them with their tooltips displayed.
I hope in the future Jas adds the modded items into the Atlas, or lists them in the mod manager, but for now if you wanna know what an item does you Ctrl-S and spawn it in.
