I have no problems with the game I play calmly

Basically the log terminate even before logging the error...

Another try, deactivate the russian language mod during the upload...

Try to verify cache files for DK. Also, in Steam settings, clear Steam cache.

Indeed on vacation so I might be late in answering here.
If you try to publish a map from within the editor does it work? Try it with any map, you can delete it later.
Alternatively, try publishing the mod as explained in the link above, then send me the log.txt file, after it fails the upload

That seems to be the log file from a normal play session, not a workshop publish attempt.
Did you try what I said above with a map?
