any mod where survivors gain skills always?
I never liked how only the player character can increase all their skills at any time without having to switch classes. Any mod to let all survivors do that?

You can use the school to switch them. They just have to focus on one at a time.

Yes, thanks, I've clarified this in the original post. That's still not desirable behavior and I'd like a mod to change it.
