READ THIS:

Instead of being a whole new playermodel this is just a single item, since the default HWM Heavy doesnt include a bodygroup for the bullet belt you'll have to use my Enhanced Heavy http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=218194088 model and toggle off the bullet belt and then lock this one on as you would a cosmetic.
