Left 4 Dead 1 maps (READ DESCRIPTION)

Almost all the maps for Left 4 Dead 1! Sadly, steam won't let me publish the maps to the workshop itself so here is a google drive link with all the maps I was able to port.

EDIT: Haha I am a moron. Turns out that the L4D2 SFM DLC doesn't have the textures for the l4d1 maps.... I merged a bunch of folders in SFM so I guess I probably just put the required files in there... Anyways, download this and put it in your "games" folder in SFM and you should be fine: https://sfmlab.com/project/27068/


(If you subscribe to the workshop page, you'll get agency from CSGO instead.) You NEED the official Left 4 Dead 2 Content pack in order to get the materials for them. Once you have the content pack installed pop the maps inside your left4dead2 folder and BOOM!

I was able to port all maps EXCEPT for the dead air finale. I don't know why it refuses to work in SFM. I recompiled it in hammer, repackaged it using BSPzip, and tried a bunch of other things but it just wont work.so yeah.At least you have literally every map other than that.


If you get rainbow lights, go to SFM's console and type "mat_specular 0" (Without the quotation marks.)

If you get any glowing textures, go to SFM's console and type "mat_bumpmap 0" (Again, without the quotation marks.)
