Well it is because Skell's Power Up Pack does it without needing ServerPerks(and that's only for his pack)......can't you do it too to this pack? Or you don't know how to?

And what other standalone trader mutator that doesn't require ServerPerks but emulates it and just adds it to the stock vanilla trader menu?

It's definitely possible. You may find such kind of mutators in other weapons. Or may be there is working standalone trader mutator. At least it was

The song is from Half Life 1 and is named "Hazardous Environments". It fits well as the crowbar is Grodon Freeman's signature weapon.

In my opinion, on a headshot, it shouldn't remove the head, it should really just gib it completely, it isnt like a sharp weapon, it's a blunt weapon with a hit animation, not a slicing animation. VERY nice work, though, would LOVE to see this in the game.
