Unfortunately, no, you would have to take individual files and make them louder. However, good news! I'm working on it right now and starting to make the voice files louder.

After going through them again, they are very quiet! Hopefully I'll be able to upload and update very soon that will fix that :) Thank you everyone for your feedback!

Did you try rebuilding the cache? Are you sure you waited for your mods to load before playing?
Please keep in mind the voices are very quiet, and I haven't replaced ALL the voicelines yet.
