@Shadow Forester IV, you probably have other plague doctor skin mod(s) enabled, and the mods are conflicting with each other.

The game essentially allows up to 26 different skins per hero (A-Z), and it's up to the mod to choose which of those slots to use (this mod uses slots P and Q). If there's a conflict, then the higher mod (you can drag enabled mods up/down the list) takes over.

So, 2 ways to resolve this:
1. change your mod order
2. choose different slots for the skins (go through all your steam mods and rename directories as appropriate to avoid conflicts)

You can find your subscribed mods at
...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\262060
And then go through each folder looking for the skin folders (e.g. ...\heroes\plague_doctor\plague_doctor_P)

For some reason only one of the skins are appearing.

@Misterwtheface I am aware that the PD is female, but I was reffering to the style of this mod in spasific, not the overall character. Plus there are infact mods which change the character's gender. But I do appreciate the attempt to enlighten me.

There's a lot of tiny texture artifacts hovering around the edges of the skins (color variation does not seem to affect their appearance) during their combat idle stance. These are the two most glaring ones around the surgical knife: http://i.imgur.com/UNMUj3b.png

Nice! It gives a bit more of a masculine look to the Plague Doctor to whom I feel should be treated more as a unisex hero.

Hey, not working, not sure why. The files seem fine and there isnt any conflict of skins (no skins with same folder name) and i made sure the mod was enabled. The other mod works fine.
