On Kill: Collect a head, each head increases Fire Speed by 15%

ON BOTH:

On Kill: Decapitate the Target (That needs to be there no matter what)
With it's very own taunt kill!: Pyro grabs the target and throws them on the ground, then swings the axe down at their neck like a proper headsman.

50% less ammo cap
Once you right click your opponet with 10% less heath you cut there head off
On the first three hits does mini crits for 3sec
- If your 25% under health your enemy does mini crits to you
