The only sign prop I have is the Nordstrom one, the rest of my signs on my buildings are built into the models and are not props.

Also it's a small building perfect for the odd areas of zoning where only 1x1 buildings can fit.

it's supposed to be a small barber shop. a 1x1 zoning square is the equivalent of 33x33 feet which is 1089 square feet. It's slightly smaller than a full square, but definitely realistic to scale considering small barbershops floor plans are between 400 square feet to 900 sq feet..
