good design but pretty awful execute bruh, i wont recommend usin this one as u gonna get broke asap lmao

It's great but like... so many flaws, for starters theres no stairs or fire alarms so you'll probably be fined 100k+ a year, as well as the top floor being weirdly furnished for what looks like 2 meeting rooms even though there is literally 4 places for people to work if they are, so I had to convert it. I love the rest of the design, but you should really fix that stuff.

I could have made it bigger, but It would have been a different kind of building. Since it is designed to fit on a starting plot without much difficulty.

In terms of expandability, you should be able to extend the wings without too much difficulty. In terms of expanding out the back you could knock through the kitchen, turn it itno a corridoor and use that as an entryway to a new building area.

Thankfully the colours are far easier to change than the other things you mentioned :p . If you come up with a really neat colour scheme for the building feel free to share the hex codes.
